How to Get There
Our ceremony & reception venue, The Grand Floridian Resort is conveniently located on Walt Disney property in Orlando Florida. Transportation will be provided to all guests staying on Disney property. For guests that have opted to stay at a timeshare outside of Disney, transportation will be required to get to the wedding. Orlando has many forms of public transportation including Uber & Lyft. Parking at the Grand Floridian Resort will be free for all wedding guests renting a car.
What to Do
Walt Disney World is known for its great culture, lively events, wonderful food, thrilling rides and more. We hope you have time to explore Disney's 4 theme parks with us after the wedding! Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios & Animal Kingdom. If you need suggestions on restaurants, bars or specific things to do, simply give us a call! Universal Studios is also down the street, calling all Harry Potter Fans! We will be sharing our travel itinerary with everyone here on our wedding site. There's truly no better place to be than Disney during the holidays, it's pure MAGIC! Disney Park tickets are also discounted for all wedding guests.
Where to Stay
We reserved a block of rooms at the resort the majority of our guests requested to stay at. Port Orleans Riverside Resort, located at Walt Disney World. The room is $277 a night after our wedding discount. To view photos and amenities, please visit the hotel website directly. We hope you love the fresh beignets Port Orleans has to offer, they're so yummy! This Resort is also the most "adult friendly" so there won't be loads of kids staying here like other Disney Resorts! Cheers to that!
